Budgets for Financial Package
Producers must provide potential investors with a clear overview of the project’s costs to both entice interest and inform them of the potential return on investment (ROI). The Top Sheet presents a concise snapshot of the budget, highlighting the total cost and major categories.

Full Production Budget
A comprehensive, line-by-line budget detailing every element required to bring the project to completion. This includes above- and below-the-line costs, with options tailored for both union and non-union productions. Depending on the scope, budgets can account for SAG-AFTRA, IATSE, Teamsters, DGA, and WGA agreements.

Tax Incentives / State Comparisons
An analysis of potential tax credits, rebates, and filming incentives by state to help maximize investor returns. This includes recommendations on the best locations for production based on financial benefits, accessibility, and logistical considerations, ensuring the project stays on budget while leveraging available incentives.
SAG Signatory Preparation and Compliance
Before a project can begin casting, SAG-AFTRA must grant Signatory Status. I handle the preparation and submission of all necessary documents and follow up on any requests until the status is officially approved. This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Full Line Item Budget – Comprehensive budget reflecting all production costs.
-
Corporate Structure – Documentation of the production entity.
-
Script Breakdown / Day Out of Days (DOODs) – Detailed planning for shooting days, cast, and schedule.
-
Pre-Production Cast List (PPCL) – Initial list of all cast members prior to principal photography.
-
Chain of Title Documents – Copyright registration and recordation to verify ownership of the material.
-
Agreements / Assignments / Escrow Agreements / Contracts – All legal agreements necessary for SAG compliance and production operations.
Film Tax Credit Audit Preparation

Depending on the State and whether it is a Film Tax Credit, transferable or refundable or a rebate, a detailed application is required, including, but not limited to:
* Application
* Detailed Budget
* Project synopsis, plot summary
* One Liner of Schedule
* Diversity Plan
* Operating Agreement/Corporate Structure
* Detailed Locations
* Creative Team Package
Script Analysis/Pitch Deck
"All good ideas start out as bad ideas, that's why it takes so long" Steven Speilberg.
When you are ready to pitch, sell, or film your script, "are you really ready"? I would suggest that somewhere over the years you've begun to leave out crucial elements of your story. Why? Because you can fill in the blanks, you are intimate with your story. You forget the reader doesn't have years of living with these characters as you have.
Script Analysis and creation or analysis of the Pitch Deck assures you have capsulized your story. You are now taking the reader and potential investor on a visual roadtrip into the wonder of your script.
